All participants must sign waiver—if youth under 18 will be coming without his/her parents, must contact Dusti @ 509-988-0598 or rodeoalways@hotmail.com to have waiver faxed/emailed to be signed by parent/guardian prior to race day.

Race to benefit novice awards—novice contestants, please be prepared to help

Helmets strongly recommended for all riders under age of 18

Please keep out of hay shed, off hay stacks, off railroad tracks, off bridge, off fences and out of adjoining pastures-- IF THIS IS NOT FOLLOWED, WE WILL LOOSE THE USE OF THIS ARENA!!!

Jackpot Poles will be ran for $15 EF/$5 OC

Time Onlys will be from 9:15-10:15—please be there early, as we will go in a first come, first serve basis—any time onlys that do not run prior to 10:15 will run after poles.

Open riding will be from 10:15-10:40

Arena will close at 10:40 for arena preparation

Winfrey's, Owners of Coal Coulee Arena in Odessa welcome those of you that may want to stay overnight, though they do not have pens. But PLEASE call in advance, and talk to them. 509-253-4277

Directions to Coal Coulee Creek Arena, Odessa, WA

From Moses Lake -
1) Drive to Odessa.
2) Take Hwy 28 towards Harrington/Davenport.
3) Follow through Lamona and drive approximately another 5-6 miles.
5) Take Right on Doggette RD.
6) Follow to bottom of hill, and across bridge-take Left onto

Coal Coulee RD E (just before RR tracks-gravel road).
7) Follow road to signs - arena will be on the right at the bottom

of the hill (2nd place on Right).
From Davenport -
1) Take Hwy 28 towards Harrington/Davenport.
2) Follow through Harrington and drive approximately another 7 miles.
3) Take Left on Mohler RD.
4) Drive into Mohler (small town), and take Right

(head South away from Harrington) on Coal Coulee RD E

(just past elevator a quick left then right on Coal Coulee-gravel

road-parallel RR tracks).
5) Arena will be on the left at the bottom of the hill.
From Sprague Exit -
1) Take Hwy 23 towards Harrington.
2) Take Left on Mohler RD. Stay on this road.
3) Drive into Mohler (small town), and take a quick left past

elevator, then a right (head South away from Harrington) on

Coal Coulee RD E (gravel road).
4) Arena will be on the left at the bottom of the hill.
