ATTENTION MEMBERS: Reminder that members nominating or participating on a novice horse are responsible for keeping track of the horses lifetime earnings and for keeping track and reporting any non-approved IEBRA races to the IEBRA Vice President within 7 days of earnings won, continually throughout the year. If  a member is found to be competing out of class they will be assessed a $20 fine for each offense and points earned will be forfeited and winnings paid back to the club.
